Belmont Park Garage — Local services in Town of Hempstead

Arrival was great, parking was a breeze and it wasn't too long a walk to the arena BUT they make the lower levels empty out completely before letting anyone from the upper levels leave. We were on level 5, left the concert early to make it back to the car so we could leave and were informed we had to wait for everyone else to leave before we could go down. We sat for over 45 minutes as the fumes from all the running cars started to make us dizzy. Seems like major safety concern, I honestly can't believe they charged me for that experience. It's just weird they won't let you leave until the lower levels are...

The garage was good size took a while to find parking had to go all the way to 5 floor but it was a big event so this was expected. Leaving the garage was a disaster they need to have workers directing traffic to get out there was even an accident in the garage because everyone is rushing to get out...

10/10! We prepaid for our spot when we bought our concert tickets. They had plenty of parking. It was very clean! They had a ton of staff on duty, helping with anything and everything. Even the elevators were nice. We'll lit, and just overall great...
