Cathys Touch — Local services in Town of Hempstead

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Cathy’s Touch (a communion dress store) and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The employees were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. One of the standout aspects of this store is their amazing service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we found the perfect dress. They were patient, attentive, and provided valuable suggestions without being pushy. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making this special occasion memorable for us.

In addition to the fantastic service, the prices were very reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of beautiful dresses available within our budget. The quality of the dresses was impressive, and there were plenty of options to choose from, ensuring that every little girl could find something she loved.

PLEASE READ : Cathy’s touch?!??? more like CATHYS BAD attitude, i had the absolute WORST experience here, had an appointment my granddaughter picked out dresses someone had put the dresses in the room, then the people from the appointment before comes in later and we get moved to another room with no help! Wasn’t until half our appointment went by until we were actually helped. I guess appointments don’t mean a thing! If they can’t handle the amount of customers don’t book as many appointments or set longer appointment times. Other customers were being helped during our allotted time, just hope you don’t go when it’s busy because they don’t know how to allocate their time. The attitude we received from two of the three people in there was atrocious not welcoming at all, this was supposed to be a memorable time however, since we were left to our own devices they took it out on us by pointing out (and announcing) certain ways they run their show room. If we were being rude about that I could justify the employees attitude but we were trying to help and figure this...

After going to Designing Dreams in Mineola (very overpriced!) and David's Bridal in Westbury (unwelcoming - the woman at the front desk pointed us in the direction for communion dresses but snootily said we'd need to make an appointment if my daughter wanted to try anything on..), my sister recommended Cathy's Touch. The selection was beautiful and very affordably priced. We had 5 dresses picked out and a sweet lady was helping us. She turned out to be THE Cathy of Cathy's Touch. The first dress my daughter tried on ended up being the one. Cathy helped my daughter with the veil and headpiece. The whole experience was very positive and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for dressy clothes for their young ones special occassions.
