They are going down the drain. The first time I’ve ordered, the food was on point which I would probably was about 6 months ago. They had the flavors right on point. Order 3 more times and I started hating their taste and service. I will explain the food first: I love spicy food and wen to numerous Thai spots. This place don’t get the concept or idea when you explain to them extra spicy. My food comes out mild. They constantly do the reverse. If you are in the restaurant business, don’t play with customers taste buds or you they won’t return. I went to this place with good reviews but don’t understand why they are slacking. Orders 2 to 4 I told them over the phone I keep asking for spicy, even extra and another extra spicy and to not make food mild. The girl on the phone understands me very well and when I get my food home I am extremely annoyed they didn’t follow my direction. Furthermore, the girl that works there should be fired, she is rude. When a I walk in I don’t feel welcomed. She has an attitude in her face and doesn’t even welcome you, but gives you a nasty stare. If she doesn’t like her job, she she shouldn’t be there. First order was great, orders 2 to 4 disliked extremely. I saw other reviews stating same for customer service being lacked and food being inconsistent. Our meal ranged from not great to inedible. It was almost as if someone had overheard a conversation about Thai food and created dishes based on what they thought it might taste like. It was a truly confounding experience. The papaya salad was cloyingly sweet with not a hint of lime or chili. It honestly tasted like apple pie filling. The summer rolls were wrapped in bone dry rice paper that felt more like leathery skin than the pleasant stickiness that rice paper usually has and the rolls came with a sauce that I can only be described as watered down hoisin sauce. The green curry had the consistency of green water and only the faintest taste of curry. The chicken in the curry had a strange texture and the eggplant left an unpleasant aftertaste. The chili eggplant was completely bland and inexplicably had peas in it. Overall, the whole thing made no sense and most of it didn't get eaten.
