This weekend was Memorial Day, and my dad’s VFW post had ordered a memorial wreath from a local florist. Late Sunday afternoon, we were informed that we would not have the wreath in time for the ceremony. It was almost 3pm on Sunday, and most florists were closed due to the holiday weekend. We had all but given up hope, but I decided to give it one more try, even though I knew that it was looking very unlikely that we would find a florist. I had heard about Olive It boutique through my son’s school, but had never used them before. I believe it was the owner Melissa who answered the phone and I can’t say enough about how amazing she was. Although she wasn’t sure that she could fulfill our order, she was obviously going to do whatever she could to help me out. The fact that she didn’t just say NO, was such a relief. Everyone else that I called had no interest in hearing my problem. She quickly found a solution and the next morning she delivered a BEAUTIFUL wreath to the site of the ceremony. I was worried that it would look like an afterthought because of the short notice and honestly I would have totally been ok with that because we didn’t give them much time! But it was one of the nicest ones up there! Above and beyond for sure! I was amazed that they came through with something so beautiful with the very little time that we gave them. Thank you Melissa and staff for coming through for our Veterans! It meant so much and we will definitely be back!!!!...

WOW! Thank you so much, Olive It, for your incredible customer service. I live out of state & needed to order flowers for my cousin's memorial service in Queens. I placed the order less than 24 hours from the start of the service. I was hesitant because I was worried that the flowers wouldn't get there in time. I had seen an article that mentioned Olive It and I checked out the business' Instagram page and said to myself, why not? Take a chance. The arrangements I've seen so far are gorgeous! I contacted the store and asked if I could order online because I was in a horrible cell phone service area & couldn't place the order on the phone. I was immediately text messaged a link. I placed the order & followed up with questions, that were quickly and thoroughly answered. I just finished watching my cousin's service on Zoom & saw the flower arrangement that I had ordered.
