I’ve purchased flowers at central before and they were amazing prior to my Friday experience everything was great. I came to pick up my moms wedding bouquet and the owner claims she never spoke to me even with all my information written down ( I was clearly able to see the paper on the counter) . Even after I stated facts of our conversions and even though she mentioned to me she wasn’t in the store Tuesday because of her nieces communion which is something I wouldn’t know unless we spoke. She was extremely passive aggressive and extremely condescending and in my opinion unprofessional . Lisa claimed my card information and phone number was wrong when she herself filled out the paperwork wrong because our conversation was via phone. When I entered the store that day I gave the receptionist my number and she was able to have access to all my past purchases because I was already in the system. She also noted the person who wrote my last name wrote a J and not a T. I was given something really quick with nothing for the groom and my grandma 30 mins before the wedding started. As the daughter of the bride my heart was broken and I was extremely disappointed especially in such a momentous day. Needless to say I will not be recommending this establishment again nor will I ever give this local shop any of my hard earn money. Great service and beautiful flower arrangements.

I ordered an arrangement through the website for delivery. The website has lots of pictures and is very user friendly, and easy to navigate. The payment process was painless.

I received an email confirmation right away, stating my order was received. I didn't notice my special request in the confirmation so I emailed the owner, Lisa, right away.

Lisa confirmed that she did receive my special request and happily included a butterfly in the flowers. She also refused my offer of any additional payment. Thank you for your kindness, Lisa.

I received another confirmation email when the flowers were loaded up in the truck, on their way to be delivered.

Not too long after, I received a third confirmation email once the delivery had been made, and that final email also outlined who received the flowers at the door, upon delivery.

The entire experience was positive and the constant communication was much appreciated. It made me feel at ease knowing that my flowers were received by the correct person. It was nice to get real-time updates throughout the entire process.

The flowers were beautiful and fresh, and they were delivered in a timely manner. The arrangement that was delivered looked very similar to what I chose on the website and I am overall very happy with the outcome.
