One of the cashiers who works here is pleasant, sweet, and very polite. Shes the reason for the greater than 1 star in service, however there's one who works here who isn't very polite, he seems to be constantly bothered. I'm not expecting top service nor fake smiles and can-do attitudes but if I say thank you the least you can do is say your welcome. I don't live in East Meadow so I'm not happy to drive as far as I do to get decent food, but I'm not grumpy towards others. Stoicism would be better. Everything else is fine however. And the young lady who works there is deserving of a raise or something.
Edit: I was going to leave it there however, an ongoing issue that I thought was caused by my tone has happened though I spoke clearly. Whenever I order large or triple meat is rung up at medium and I recieve medium from the same gentlemen I mentioned. Although I was aware he didn't make the effort to get me the correct order I still said thank you and blankly stared as if seething. This rating it literally held on the back of the other employees. I don't have his name nor would I put it on a public site but this is just unacceptable, I'm not naive but when even the small single order is messed up it starts to become an issue. since the checkers on 110 in amityville closed i’ve been going to the East meadows location , i’m driving 2 towns away to visit this location great food and shakes BUT last night went and it wasn’t busy and i didn’t order a big or crazy order just 7 items and 3 where things in a combo. the service was fast the food was hot BUT there was a missing item would have went back but it is on a very busy main road and it’s a pain to get in later in the day . tried to call but didn’t get to speak to anyone but no one answered i left a message . its 24 hours later still no call back and...

Easy to see right off of Hempstead Turnpike servicing East Meadow and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Drive through and walk up service available. Outdoor seating. 2 lanes for quick service. Menu is a little confusing with so many different specials going before you get to the main menu. Then when you get to the main menu, the specials don't appear there. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. Clean facilities. We will definitely be going back.
