Just Salad — Restaurant in Town of Hempstead

I came to the store this morning around 10:20, and there was already a customer waiting. That customer seemed very impatient and even complained to me about the staff’s attitude — but the store clearly opens at 10:30. Despite the customer’s rudeness, the staff at Just Salad remained polite, friendly, and welcoming. I truly feel sorry for the team having to deal with such impolite behavior.

Food was good but service kinda sucked. Did an online order and came to pick it up 30 minutes later. Food was never ready they only started making it once I let them know I was here to pick it up. Took another 10 minutes to get my order (ordered 2 salad bowls). Got home and opened up our food and order was prepared wrong. They forgot chicken for both our salads and added the toppings on to the wrong bowl. The Balsamic Chicken Avocado bowl we got had chickpeas for some reason (girlfriend got really mad because it didn't include chickpeas). I had a great experience at Just Salad today. Eva was the one who helped me, and she was absolutely amazing. She has such a sweet and soft voice, and was incredibly kind throughout the whole process. She made sure my order was perfect and double-checked that I had everything I needed before I left.
