Long overdue review. In the Fall of 2016 I called Widow Depot and talked with Joe, who within 5 minutes of talking had me sold on our new windows without even seeing them yet. Dealing with salespeople is almost never fun, however, in this case Joe was upfront with every aspect of the windows they were going to install. A few days later Jon came to our house to write up the contract and measure our windows to be replaced. Jon even said if we had any questions to call him on his personal cellphone. The windows came in early and all twelve were installed in one day. The two men that came were meticulous when they cleaned up before leaving that day. The other day I received a call from the owner of Window Depot, Robert who was also awesome asking how we like our windows and if we ever needed any other work done to please call. That is a no brainer when it comes to the phinominal work these guys do. Almost forgot to mention, the price we paid for three pane glass was lower than what everybody wanted for double paned windows. I'm very happy and glad that I found Window Depot. 1st work order, we ordered 2 custom windows, a very long and thin casement window, and a very large 48" x 40" sliding kitchen window, both windows were beautifully made, and quality is awesome, great air seal, and very good price. The installation was seamless and after service was great. I needed minor kitchen window leveling against my countertop, and the team sent someone here immediately.

Because of the great experience, we went back to Window Depot 2nd time to replace the whole house sidings, again great price and very professional installation team. My home is so warm now in this winter and the siding is beautiful. Shout out to Joe and Window Depot siding team, the entire process from peeling off old cedar siding to new insulation & siding installation took only 4 days.

We also recently got the large custom bay window from window Depot, the Bay window is beautiful and makes our living room like new.

I needed to replace just one standard double hung window and many of the other places I asked for a quote from were either too expensive or wouldn’t take the job for just one window. Fortunately, I happened to come across Window Depot and went to visit their showroom first and got a really good quote for what appeared to be a good quality window. owner Rob and general manager Joe were very helpful in explaining the features of the window and the installation process. Decided to move forward and met with Bill shortly after to get a measurement and go sign all the paperwork. Was told that the lead time would be about 3 weeks. Got a call the next morning from Joe and much to my surprise told me that they happened to have a window in stock for my size and asked me if I was available that day to get it installed! Moreover, the owner Rob was the one who came by to help with the installation. Rob and his crew were quick and efficient. Window and installation looked great.
