I just wanted to share my recent experience at Image International. So, I went in to get my hair washed, blow dried and to get clip ins installed and was shocked when they tried to charge me a crazy amount, way more than what I had paid before. When I mentioned it, the hairstylist not only accused me of lying, but also had the audacity to suggest that I should go somewhere else, after my hair was already washed! Talk about rude and unprofessional. It's important to feel valued as a customer, and unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. I have been going to this salon for many years now. It’s so challenging to find someone you trust with your hair and reasonably priced. I’m so grateful I found these ladies, I will go nowhere else. I moved out of New York to Florida in 2020 and still fly back to Long Island JUST to get my hair done. They’re very professional and treat you well. Visité Image International Hair Salon por primera vez en Julio 2023 con grandes esperanzas y confiando completamente en el consejo del propietario. La experiencia inicial fue positiva; Compré cabello de alta calidad, me hice extensiones y recibí un hermoso cambio de color. Sin embargo, mi segunda visita en Noviembre fue un marcado contraste. La conducta la propietaria cambió dramáticamente de profesional a poco profesional, expresándose de mal forma hacia otros clientes que no estaban presente en el salón, y con frecuencia dejó de atenderme el cabello para supuestamente administrar el salón. A pesar de saber que tenía que tomar un vuelo al día siguiente y otros compromisos, no hubo comunicación sobre sus frecuentes ausencias. Cuando abordé este tema cortésmente, ella se volvió agresiva y expresó que no quería volver a verme nunca más en su salón para hacerme extensiones que si podía regresar pero con otra técnica nunca más con ella 🤦🏻‍♀️. Claro que por respeto no volveré a recibir servicios an Image Internacional jamás! Luego varios meses después traté de escribirle para comprar el pelo y nunca respondió. Al ver su baja manera de negociar me incliné a escribir esta advertencia para prevenir a futuros clientes. Como compañera propietaria de un negocio, me sorprendió su falta de profesionalismo y trato hacia un cliente.
