Seasons Kitchen — Restaurant in Town of Islip

The food here is really good but the service is not.. they do their own delivery for DoorDash and I didn’t know.. I called the restaurant to see if my food was picked up because on DoorDash it said the driver was on its way for over 20min with no driver information ,when I called whoever picked up the phone said “why are you calling me the food takes 40min, after I already stated I am calling to see if my food was picked up, after repeating myself she tells me my food was picked up 10min ago. The problem is besides her nasty response is that I live less than 10min from the restaurant so he should’ve been pulling up as I was calling.. he didn’t get to my house until 9:50pm after the app said it was on it’s way since 9:20pm. There is no way to request DoorDash help because the restaurant has it set up as their number to call if there are any issues.. MAKES NO SENSE. Do better.

This was the most disgusting Chinese food I have ever had in my entire life. $50 wasted on a family dinner. I got sick just looking at it. I can not believe they can serve what I saw for human consumption and get away with it. My Chinese food craving has been ruined for life. I love this place! I started eating here 25 years ago and haven't stopped. Sinxe i moved out of my hometown , when i come visit the first thing on my list is Seasons kitchen.

They are a hard working family, their prices are good and their food is great.

The boneless spare rib combination plate is super popular and their fried wontons with garlic sauce never disappoints.
