I was in the market for a used car and was introduced to Eddie by my mechanic. Upon calling Eddie he advised of a 2006 Infinity G35x with only 63,000 original miles for a reasonable price with which turned out to be a really good deal. This was all happening at a time where I needed this vehicle ASAP. Eddie did everything in his power, in a very short time frame to have the vehicle prepped, taken to my mechanic for an inspection and oil change, have it registered with new plates and delivered right into my driveway. Prior to all of course I was able to see and test drive the vehicle to make sure it was a good fit. There was one open recall with which Eddie scheduled for me on a Saturday at an Infinity dealer nearby. Not only was the recall taken care of, but the Infinity service department checked the vehicle and advised that everything was in very good condition. I was approached by one of the Infinity employess who commented on how clean this vehicle was, he was very impressed by the overall condition being its age. Was referred to Eddie - owner of LI Auto Gallery by a friend. Went down and met with Stephen and went over the used car options that fit our needs. He provided me with a car fax on the one we were interested in - first person that had done that. After subsequently visiting 8 dealerships, ending up going back to LI Auto Gallery to test drive and eventually purchase a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. The price was a great price after comparing everything we had seen out there and how many dealerships were adding suspect fees. No hidden fees here- everything that was being charged was outlined. Stephen was courteous, professional and answered every question/scenario we had. The whole process took UNDER AN HOUR! The vehicle itself was clean -interior and exterior. Aside from the numbers, which is always most important when purchasing a new car, it is his service and personality that sets him apart from everyone else. He is fair, honest, and trustworthy which is rare with car transactions. Steven delivered my car and went over every feature of the new car with great detail and care and was also fantastic to deal with.
