Verizon — Local services in Town of Islip

I used to use the BIG STORES. I can't remember, who told me about them.I have been coming here for this my 3rd 2 year up grade. I am a 4 phone family and will NEVER GO ELSEWHERE, My last visit just last week, I was looking to save $$$ with a sponsored company discount. JOE showed me ways to save more than the discount offered. Which he took care of right there and then. Then as any GOOD salesmen would do, he broke out 2 new Galaxy phones and because of his knowledge of Verizon programs. Had me walking out with a Note 10+ and a S10+. . . While they transferred the phones I left with my son and asked him "What just happened?" He laughed and said "We got the new Galaxy" PS I have stopped back twice with a few quick question, that where answered VERY QUICKLY. They all are always courteous, always happy to help and their knowledge of the product is off the charts. Lastly they DO NOT forget you after the sale. .Definitely 5 STARS. . . 100%...

My phone screen cracked, and I could not swipe and get into my phone. We visited Verizon and spoke with Joe, who tried his best to fix and explained that due to the damaged screen, I had to either replace the screen or purchase a new phone.

My phone was 4 years old so I opted to go with a new phone. Joe used a mini mouse and was able to get into my old phone upload and transfer all of my info into my new phone. I couldn't thank him enough for going over and above to help me as a lot would've been lost otherwise.

He also helped me with a few other changes on my account as well as informed me of current promotions, which I took advantage of.

In the end, I have a brand new Samsung S24 Ultra with ALL of my info (contacts, pics, apps, etc.) thanks to Joe.

Had a great experience with Joe. He explained the whole process and set me up with a great Samsung Z fold. All and all, a good experience.

Unfortunately, I have to amend this review. Joe had made the point when I bought this phone that if I need anything at all he would take care of it. This was an appealing because I know the fold is a niche purchase that would likely require support.

I need the liquid that was put over the screen redone or I need a screen protector.

Two weeks ago I went to the store and one of his associates told me he could not help me with a screen protection.
