Mirabito Convenience Store — Local services in Town of Ithaca

Huge convenience store on route 13 just outside of Ithaca. Pulled in and put in $100 worth of fuel, then went inside to use the restroom, only to be told that their restroom is for employees only.

I have no problem if stores want to make that policy, but it would be nice if they put a sign on the gas pump so I could’ve kept driving to one of the dozen other stores within five minutes away.

When I asked of the employees, they told me that they were a Dunkin employee And that it was the “Mirabito jerks” Who made the decision so I should take it...

Updated. I contacted the company by email. They acknowledged that I got bad fuel. They responded quickly and reimbursed all the cost (gasoline, car repair, car rental) in about two weeks.

I have visited this gas station many times. When I was there last Thursday (12/31/2020), they were fixing mechanical issues with the pump. I happened to use one that pumped slowly. The next day after filling the tank, my car stopped starting. Auto shop thinks there is some issues with the gas I got. They are draining the gas tank to fix it. It is costing...

Long time customer, but beware of this Mirabito. Multiple people we know have had their credit card information stolen from here (which then appears on your credit card as multiple charges from Mirabito). There are clearly skimming machines in use here. Half the time the pumps don't work anyway and it is a run down spot considering...
