Never going back. Took my car in for some basic maintenance and one specific issue last month, and after a week of having my car for SMALL fixes as I was told after the first day… not only is the one problem still a problem; but they found a small leak that apparently took four whole days to find, they couldn’t update me, and now my car drives funny, the steering jerks, and again… still the SAME problems as before. They not only didn’t fix anything with my car but they actually made it worse to drive. Horrible communication, bad service as the office ladies had no idea who I was or what my vehicle was EVERY TIME I called; and the gentleman who worked on my car -Kevin- not only avoided my calls after the second day; but was extremely unreliable in his task and overall customer service. they essentially scammed me into paying over $300 for them to keep my car for over a week and do nothing they were asked of after dodging my attempts to communicate. I went in with my van while on my way home. It was difficult to drive it. Turned out the power steering pump went. They got the parts with a little bit of difficulty (not of their fault) and had my van running in 4 hours. They offered to bring me and my niece to a diner so we could get something to eat and they even gave us a piece of cake from their anniversary celebration. I listened to them dealing with several of their customers. They were friendly and courteous and it was apparent that they cared. Additionally, it was apparent that they were not taking advantage of their customers or overcharging them as well. If I lived in the area, I would take my vehicles there and nowhere else. Was given an appointment of 7/15. I dropped the car off the night before and they wait all day until 45 minutes before they close to finally call me to say ohh it was hot out today and we didn’t get to your car, do you want to reschedule? All I needed was an inspection, tire rotation and oil change. I said I waited around all day and now you call. If I reschedule will you get to it on that day and they said they don’t know??
