I’m sad to say I am disappointed in the quality of the product I received. I ordered another very similar product from the Elegant Baby line and it’s adorable, so I figured this one would be too. To my surprise when I opened it, it was totally smashed and looked like it had been used. The fur was all matted up. I tried fluffing up the fur but it’s just not very workable therefore overall not very cute. Not like the photo online. Frustrating, for the cost. It took a bit to arrive as well so too late now to exchange or anything. I also asked up front for a discount code and they did provide one, but not without being a tad snarky about it. Appreciated the quick customer service response but not the tone of the message. I probably won’t be ordering from here again. Edit: Thank you for your reply. I also went back and re-read our emails. You said you had ‘never’ offered 20% off, however I had seen a flyer from previous years, with your logo that offered a code 20Haml, as well as a promo for creating an account to receive 20% off. You said it must have been a different website like I must not have known what I was looking at or talking about. Just the way it was all worded felt a bit off-putting. As far as the return timeframe, I meant it is too late to send this back and order a replacement in time for an event this weekend. Considering I paid $8 for shipping, maybe a box could have been used to ensure the integrity of the stuffed animal instead of just a bubble mailer. It is very possible it was damaged in transit. I appreciate you responding and defending yourself, but it also seems more important to you to try and ‘prove’ that you’re right. Isn’t the customer supposed to be right? Maybe a little more care could be shown in your communications....

My son pushed the button to make cool Christmas music play and we were treated so wonderfully the whole time. His picture will be on their Facebook page so check it out. Also, as we were leaving the store, the owner ran two plush animals out to both of my kids. She went above and beyond wrapping the coat I purchased in beautiful, festive wrapping paper too. Read moreBe cautious ordering online. Our package was lost and they provide no support outside of "we would not refund or re-send". They make you go through USPS claims process which takes a very long time and say "Good luck." I would think that most sellers would support the customer in either getting the item they paid them for or offering some sort...
