Utica Coffee of Clinton — Restaurant in Town of Kirkland

We love Utica Coffee and have been going to the Clinton location for several years now , but recently when we went we ordered the Biscoff latte in a medium and a large to go , the guy at the register disappeared and 2 girls were arguing with statements made such as well do your job then and more , one of the girls has a shirt on that said Mini Barista in Training ,, that shirt makes sense for a young child not a person working at the location but immediately I thought oh great my drinks are going to suck and not be made right ,, fast forward we went to the Utica location a week later and made the same order and I was in awe of the staff there and the drinks did taste much better but what made me angry was I then realized how I was ripped off ,, the size of the cups were much different then what we received in Clinton which apparently were most likely and small and a medium not a large and a medium and the Clinton drinks were very bitter but the Utica drinks were smooth and very yummy !! It truly is easier for me to go to Clinton but I am not sure I want to return , we went to Utica as we were in that area or closer to it that day .. please fix the Clinton location and I...

I love the overall restaurant vibe, and the employee was very friendly and helpful! Bc of that, I'd normally rate this five stars, but I was less than thrilled about my matcha latte. I was trying to give it a longer term shot, so I took it with me instead of getting a replacement, which I regretted later, but basically I feel like it had way too many flavors packed into one, and it was making the overall palate feel overwhelming. It also didn't help that when I took it with me, and tried to take more sips of it, I found that it had curdled. 🤮 So I'm trying to not judge the place too hard based off of one drink, but I couldn't overlook the weird tasting, curdled latte, hence four stars instead of five. Solid espresso drinks, and if you're in the mood for a sweet drink their seasonal specialty drinks are delish. As a pastry lover, however, their pastry selection is... Forgettable.
