If I could give this business a negative star rating I would … the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had . A friend of mine who I recommended this business to bought a pair of boots there . The boots were starting to peel at the toe area after wearing them for a day , we went in to attempt to exchange them , talked to the saleswomen ( very old hag witch looking woman) and my jaw dropped by the rudeness of this woman . Immediately this old nasty looking witch wouldn’t hear a word we said and was condescending. Very unprofessional, also accused of of yelling at her which we in no way were doing . I’m embarrassed that I recommended a friend there … I will never shop there again and in fact if I was dying of thirst wouldnt buy a bottle of water from them . Hi, I use to love to shop there, I v sent so many people there! Until i had the worst customer service ever! Got a nice pair of boots there! ...buy them walk to my motorcycle, there to big and they did not fit under my clotch for my motorcycle, literaly walk 10 feet with the boots and took them of. Walk back in and to my supprise ..they tell me there are now use! They never wanted to take them back .. i did not want a refund .. i wanted another model, simple right! ...i was in there to get a new helmet and jacket for my kid, member of my family where there to get coats to! We all turn around and we will never set foot ther again. Use to love going there to.. so folks if you buy boots... dont walk 10...

Awful people and place. Walked in with about 20 mins before closing to get some moccasins and without greeting us this old hag stated that we had 20 mins. My kids had drinks and we proceeded to quickly bring our purchases to the front. She told my 3 yr old and my 7 yr old you need to leave the store it's expensive here and you cannot bring drinka instead of addressing me as the adult directly then she said that you should know better than to bring f.... ING drinks into a store!!!! Imagine cursing like that in front of young kids and the. She stated excuse my French. Disgusting behavior from a trailer park store attendant. Please do not patronize...
