Wonderful costumer service!! Joel went above and beyond to help me! I was searching for a certain comic for my son that was sold out everywhere. On the phone he said he had a few copies left but his store was closed for the day. I asked if he could hold it until another day and he offered to meet me at the store even though it was his day off. When I meet him at his beautiful store he handed me the comic and said it was on him, that he wants kids who really love comics to have them! I was completely blown away! This just shows that there still are amazingly good people in this world! We will be back for sure! Thank you again from a grateful mom, and a soon to be, very excited...

Joel and Emily (owners) are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. The shop is small, but mighty! They have a very wide array of comics to choose from, whether you're into Indy or Modern era, or silver and golden age books, they have them all. And, they are one of the few shops who bag and board ALL of their books. That's a level of care you won't find very often. They will always work with you within your budget, and offer live shows on Facebook twice a week if you don't, or can't, go into the store! I'm surprised that I haven't written a review sooner. When they call Buffalo the city of good neighbours they meant the people who work at Grand Central Collectibles. PS. Not everybody is friendly in western NY, but they certainly are here but they also are extremely passionate when it comes to comics. If you're into DC, Marvel, etc then you need to come here.
