While the outside of the building that houses this library branch looks imposing, the interior is bright and open, with a vaulted roof, skylights, and a wall of windows on the northern end. They have a ton of DVDs and Blu-ray selections, all manner of books, and several areas with tables and chairs for people to work or read. There is also a big metal fireplace, (though I don't know if it is ever lit) that sort of separates one area with tables and chairs from the rest of the library. The room design seems to be condusive to keeping the noise down, giving a very pleasant experience.
The parking lot is behind the building, and does slope considerably. While I haven't experienced it, I would think that the wrong kind of winter conditions could make it treacherous. But they do have assist-open doors and an easy to get to elevator to get up to the main...

Always having some sort of programming or event open to the community as well as engaging incentives to get kids in and reading. This is from a while ago but was there over the summer and the reading program for children was awesome. I was there a little less than an hour and saw multiple kids coming in for their prizes and to trade in for more books. It's really refreshing to see the future generation still having access to physical books, as well as digital if preferred, and that this library has managed to remain a solid foundation as well as grow to fit...
