Hidden gem! We stopped by around 130 yesterday. On our way home to watch some football. Why this place didn’t have a line of people is beyond me. My 16-year-old son ordered the angry pig, which was a pulled pork sandwich. Topped with kielbasa and white sauce. This thing must’ve weighed almost a pound. My son devoured it, of course. I ordered the three meat sampler with pulled pork, wings, and kielbasa. Four sides I got homemade macaroni, salad, and salt potatoes. Everything was delicious. Also ordered an extra order of wings to reheat today for Monday night football. Overall, the portions were unbelievably generous, the prices in my opinion were really awesome for the quantity and quality of food you got. I did ask if they carry brisket and they said on occasion they do I will be looking forward to that for sure. If you haven’t tried them, they are in the side parking lot of the bakery and Canastota. I was hooked when they were only a food truck! Then they opened their store front. Then I had them cater my son’s graduation party. Pleasant to deal with. Quick service. Delicious smoked meats. Can’t go wrong. Since my son’s grad party, had them cater a work retirement party, and plan to pick up for a family Labor Day party this coming weekend. As a result of a large event sponsored by Brown Brothers the day before, they ran out of some items that we ordered for our party a few weeks prior.
