Best Experience EVER! - I ordered a delivery for last Saturday that due to a computer error, did not go out. No worries. I'm in customer service myself and I know that mistakes happen. My grandmother's birthday was Sunday so if she got the delivery on Monday, to me it would be the same. I left a voicemail for Sandy on Sunday while they were closed. I did not expect a response until Monday. She called me herself Sunday and apologized profusely. I think she took it harder than I did which shows how very much she cares. We confirmed by phone the order would be delivered on Monday. Less than 2 hours later I got a text from my uncle that Sandy herself delivered the flowers and balloon to my grandmother and that the delivery itself was upgraded from what I ordered. She made the bouquet and delivered it while the store itself was closed! I'm in tears writing this. Seriously. I was lost on who i wanted to be my florist. My photographer said sandys flowers did my wedding and is always my go to. So my pictures don't do these amazing flowers justices. 3months later and I still have my wedding bouquet and yes they have died but still beautiful. I had no idea what I wanted or what I was doing. An order of flowers and candy was placed incorrectly as a gift for me. The person who placed the order gave the florist an incorrect address, which happened to be in the wrong state! When Sandy's called to inform me of the delivery and I told her that was not my current address, they bent over backwards to fix the order and get the flowers to me at the correct location - in a different state.
