We stopped in Sunday morning opening weekend, which explains the 4 stars. The main dining room is very bright, each corner is themed differently but all related to Canastota. The service was a little slow, but they were very pleasant and I am sure once they get the kinks out and all their product comes in like tea, salt & pepper shakers the speed will pick up.
