I have worked with Joel and his company for 10+ years. Everything from my personal vehicles to my company vehicles to my friends and families vehicles and even some of my customers. A+++ all the time. Knowledgeable , professional and never over priced. I ve sent many of my friends there and all have called me back thanking for the referral. He has top notch equipment which is a large investment many don't even realize because you don't see this stuff from the front desk but this equipment is what allows him to do the best job possible on your vehicle. Watch out from these other shops that operate with 30-40 year old run down tools and equipment. They do more damage than good and you don't know this until it's too late. NEVER TRUST THIS PLACE I RATE THEM -5 STAR. I installed a new radio system with Bluetooth/ backup camera but they disabled all buttons from my driver- steering wheel. I asked JOEL about it, he said "oh that's not a big deal to fix.. you just need to pay for it..." and he convinced me not to invest more money since the new radio system lets you control the volume. Later on i realized that not only was the volume on the steering wheel disabled but the cruise control feature as well.

Joel is a mega crook with a nice innocent face. Besides for a sealed bottle from the soda machine outside the shop you can't trust that place...

We came down from upstate, traveled over 75 miles, to see the used green Subaru (2011) they have here. When we came down, we found out that the brakes needed replacing and there was plenty of rust on the car & other problems as well. Immaculate wanted over $10k for the car. We were not notified in advance of these issues. Piece of junk not worth the money. Immaculate wasted our time by not notifying us before we set out about the lousy condition of this very expensive car. And yes, we did call and inquire before we set out.
