I want to give this place 5 stars because the man that owns this place is one of the nicest business owners ive ever met. He always delivers quickly and the food is fresh. With that said, I'm giving it 3 stars because the woman who answers the phone is one of the rudest people ive ever met. She yells at you over the phone and basically says "delivery guy will beep, you have to come outside" all while her voice is raised. Or if you ask for a special request she yells "if your going to give a hard time we don't serve you" the owner would never speak to the customers like that. Very unprofessional. If the owner could employ some customer service qualified women that would be great. Especially since me and my husband has supported this business not just from home but from our jobs as well. I went there for the first time a few months ago because a friend said that they make good egg rolls. And that is true. However, on my next visit yesterday I decided to order all my favorite typical Chinese food items in addition to the egg rolls. The egg rolls were good, but the rest of the food was poor to inedible. The hot & sour soup was neither hot or sour, the egg foo young was bland, and the sauce was watery and flavorless. The Gen Tso’s chicken did not even resemble chicken it was cubes of something unidentifiable and it was inedible as well. I would leave negative stars if i could. I went here last night for the first time in a couple of years. Horrible Horrible Horrible. I got a shrimp in lobster sauce combo with chicken fried rice, and chicken wings and beef and Broccoli for my hubby. The meals came with egg rolls, which we upgraded to shrimp 🦐. They called us back and told us they was giving us vegetable egg rolls, because they had no shrimp. The wings were dry, the chicken fried rice well that was just fried rice no chicken vegetables nothing, and the shrimp in lobster sauce tasted like windex. NEVER...
