Paesanos Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Liberty

We had take out pizza a couple weeks ago and it was delicious as it normally is. It had been awhile since we treated ourselves and it was great! 👍👍 Gosh I am sorry for putting this on here but we have had this happen in the past several times. We have been getting pizza here for many years and usually it is really really good or just plain awesome but tonight my husband wanted to treat us and give me a break but we are so disappointed ☹️ The pizzas are beautiful on top and burnt bad on the bottom and makes it so bitter Everyone is always so friendly and our orders are always ready on time. We have had it over cooked or partially burnt but not like this. I used to make pizza the same way in the same type of oven many years ago and i think the oven temperature was just to high. Usually I get delivery but for one person it may be a bit expensive ($10-20). I ordered a specialty garlic pizza with chicken Caesar salad. The crust is soft, not soggy and ready to fold. The sauce is sweet while the cheese melts perfectly as to not make a chewy crust. Secretly I ate a whole small pizza in one sitting so it must have been to die for!!! I was super impressed with the house made dressing, shaved parmesan and grilled chicken in my salad. If you decide to take out, the cost is a bit less. I always order two slices of pepperoni to go for a mere $6. The Gambino's are hams and definitely on point. I would go out of my way to visit. I am looking forward to trying more options on the menu. Alright, folks.... I’m literally typing as I eat because it’s just so good right now these people deserve a 5 star. FIRST of all, I ordered delivery... super fair prices and amazing phone service. Was simple, quick, and efficient all at once. The food arrived about an hour later. (Was warned of this so NO issue there) Delivery guy is new, and he’s super sweet with a chipper bearded smile. ^^ BUT.. WHEN I TELL YOU... I opened my food to steamy perfection aroma. Okay?! And the flavor is remarkable and he quality of my Alfredo sauce was perfect to taste. The bread was still soft and hot! Salad and drinks cold! And super filling!
