HORRIBLE PEOPLE TO WORK WITH! Katherine the front desk lady has no respect and literally talks over the customers! She’s very unprofessional and needs a little more training instead of just sitting and her chair and arguing over the phone! I left 4 voicemails for her and she never got back to me in regards to the concern. I had a party last year and everything was cleaned and put back same with the keys! I call back after a year to get the deposit back because she never called me she said she doesn’t know if she ever went to check to see? You would think she did since that’s her job to get back to me. Nope didn’t do it, she sat in her lovely chair and was arguing and not being respectful at all. I’ve had the pleasure of renting a one-bedroom apartment here at Village Square Apartments In Minoa, NY for the past two years. The only reason I am moving is to be closer to my parents that live in Clay, New York . The staff here, in my Opinion, go out of their way to make sure your stay here is comfortable. Any issues that I’ve has which is not been many, has been handled swiftly and properly . These are not issues these are requests that I’ve had to make my stay here more comfortable and they have exceeded my expectations . Horrible. I left my apartment a month earlier than my lease due to being hospitalized many times over the year from mold inhalation. I have a severe allergy to mold and later after my first hospitalization I saw that I had signed in my lease saying there was “an acceptable amount of mold” in the apartment. However throughout my stay the issue became worse and there was no work done to take care of the existing mold problem. I left because I had signed something that put my life in danger, which no landlord should be aloud to pass onto tenants. Do not recommend Minoa estates, they do not care...
