Very disappointed ! My initial visit was pleasant but trying to get a return email or phone call after was impossible. I went in looking for options for spirit wear for a local high school team. While there, the person I met with also asked if I would be willing to share their information with my employer so they could possibly handle our uniforms. When I left that day I was feeling pretty positive about things including estimated prices especially since most of the students would be paying for their spirit wear on their own. Since then scarce emails , no return phone calls. we had a deadline of last week and not even a response from the person I was working with. Not sure how they stay in business if they treat all their customers...

Julie helped me in such a pinch today! I ordered sweatshirts for my bachelorette party from an online vendor. The vendor was not communicative, did not ship on time, and the shipment was then lost. Julie was so quick to help me in less than 24 hrs notice. She worked with the design manager to come up with a similar design to fit my bachelorette party theme and guaranteed them to be made by 8 am the next day. I am so so so grateful for Julie and the team at Mid City Sports for truly making my experience great! So grateful they were able to squeeze this in during their busy schedule. Their process is so smooth for future orders....
