This pharmacy is awful. I have never been treated so rudely by a pharmacy ever. They would not even listen to what I was trying to say as relayed by the insurance company. Had they just listened to what I was relaying, I would have been there 10 minutes and gone. They were so very rude that the lady from the insurance company that was on the phone with me said "I can't believe they're talking to you that way". She tried to call them to help me. As soon as she told them who she was they hung up on her. It's unbelievable that this is allowed. I have calls into walgreens management. Nobody should be treated the way I was. Ridiculous that I have to tell them how to do their job. Don't tell me to call my insurance company and I call my insurance company and they tell me exactly what you're doing wrong but you won't listen to what you need to change to do it correctly!
I feel so bad for anyone who comes to this pharmacy. Horrible, horrible horrible people.
I guess I should have read all the other one star reviews before coming here and would have saved myself what I went through today.
Oh and by the way.... A prescription written "as needed" for 30 day supply means exactly that - it means "as needed" in 30 days. It means if I need one pill for 9 days in a row, then I can take one pill for 9 days in a row!!! Once again, if you just listen instead of working so hard to not listen and instead be as incredibly rude and as incredibly stupid as possible.

My plan was to logon and give an extremely harsh review, infact I got the name of the pharmacist I was angry with and planned to file a complaint with the board. I just came out of dental surgery and was extremely disappointed and upset how I was treated by pharmacy staff, not to mention I was in extreme physical pain and my script call in from the doctor was no where to be found. After becoming loudly upset I entered the store and asked (crying in pain) to speak with a “store” manager. Store staff was amazing & apologized quickly and instantly got me to speak with today’s store manager. I must admit that I am a hard & difficult customer to deal with when I am upset…that being said I’m beyond impressed to change my review to an awesome one. Not only did the manager check on everything I said, she personally checked me out and again apologized and sympathized with me after fully letting me explain myself and the situation. I can’t leave any type of negative review bc I am beyond impressed and appreciative of her. Walgreen…you got a keeper. I appreciated that this store manager actually took the time to care, and because of that I will continue to use this Walgreens. Thank you for putting people in charge that actually care.    Read moreThe photo department at the Walgreens in Hartland is very poor. I ordered calendars for gifts for same day pick up and it turns out they weren't prepared to complete the order despite the fact that it is close to the new years and I'm sure calendars are popular this time of year.
I didn't find out that my order wasn't finished until I had to go in the next day to pick it up. No one called letting me know the status of my order the night before. When I went in they said that it couldn't be finished until four days later and that was if they got the supplies they needed. Nothing was offered for my inconvenience at all.
To add to it, when I did pick them up, they never punched a hole in them to allow it to hang on the wall. When I called and inquired, they said that no Walgreens can do this they can only print them. However when I called the Oconomowoc Walgreens they happily did it for me. Very poor service! So disappointed, and I can't say I will order from this...
