Falbo Bros Pizzeria — Restaurant in Hartland

I've ordered from Falbo Bros numerous times and I never know whether or not i'm going to have a good experience with them. The first couple times I ordered, I was extremely impressed with the food, customer service and the price. But it seems as though lately I just can't catch a break when it comes ordering from them. If the food isn't over 30 minutes late, then they are bringing me the wrong things. I've had it on numerous occasions where they brought be an entirely wrong order. In order to correct the mistake, I had to go and pick up the correct order, otherwise I would have to wait an additional hour on top of the hour and a half that I have already waited to get two small pizzas. Really the only reason that I continue to order from is because I don't like the other options for pizza places in town and their pizza is really good, regardless of if I have to deal with a bad experience...

Best pizza place we have found around delafield area yet! Been looking for a pizza delivery place for a while since moving in and i think we found it here. Their thin crust pizza is actually thin and always nice and crunchy even a bit burnt on the edges sometimes which makes it exceptional IMO..... the sauce flavor is excellent too which places seem to have a hard time with. The mozz sticks LOOK like the frozen kind but they aren't even close..... The mozz stick flavor is amazing, havent had any like em before, i love em! Plus they never seem to leak their cheese before they get to us like most places do, how they do it I dunno but it's amazing! The breadsticks are also phenomenal, don't even need sauce for em, eat em plain for the full flavor! But if you do need sauce their sauce is awesome too! Delivery is always pretty quick except for Friday's as one would expect..... this is the pizza...

On a whim, ordered a large thin 'meateaters' pizza. Went to pick it up, it was ready at the time I said I would be there. Tried a slice in the car and it was amazingly delicious. With greasy meat pizzas, you sometimes get soggy crust or over oily pizza. This was a nice balance. Probably hard to do with a thin crust but this was nicely done. Tasted great. Another review mentioned bad service, but I had nice service. I was checked out by Shannon. She was cute and fun to chat with, professional. Prices were good. $16 for the large thin. I picked up so can't comment about delivery times or charges. I enjoyed the experience and will buy again. I am unsure why one reviewer mentioned 3 bad experiences - seems pretty unlikely. My suggestion, stop being so uptight and go pickup...
