My sister in law posted a review yesterday regarding a pizza pickup and it has since been taken down. Yesterday myself and my brother came to your establishment to pick up a pizza, a young girl took my money and told me it would be 5 min and the wings would be done, a friend of ours walked in and while talking to him an order came out and was given to him by the same girl that took my money for that order. After he left and knew that he took our pizza your employee tries calling my phone to tell me my order was taken by someone else instead of walking out and telling me! I understand people make mistakes but there are 2 things wrong with this issue. Number 1 our friend was mortified when he came back that he had taken our order and your staff was willing to ride the train that he's at fault for making this mistake?? Seriously!?? The same girl 10 minutes earlier took my name and money and in that time frame hands it to someone else while there's only 3 people in there! Number 2 , how is it sanitary or legal to let someone else take our order for 30 minutes, bring it back and just hand it to the correct person and expect that to be ok?! Maybe the health department should be notified of this? To top it off you were ok with charging us the full amount for a pizza that's now 90 min old. I'm pissed. We've ordered from you plenty of times and have get togethers at your place , AND IT WILL BE THE LAST TIME WE DO...

Owner/manager replied to my previous review, asking for understanding that there are "moody" pinsetters that are apparently being replaced. Thank you for the response. They/you stated that they'd "work with us" on our next visit.
When jammed, there were long waits to find someone to alert about the issue. Once, the person looked at us in a contemptible manner saying, "We know. There's someone coming." We were four very nice people who'd tipped well at the bar and we understand the complexities of business operations. Our plan was to stay for dinner. When we were there, the place was nearly empty, there was no customer pressure, and (frankly) no need for an hourly rate. We felt that we were a bother, even though we all are (excessively?) positive folks.
As a person in the service industry myself, I'd suggest the issue would be better addressed proactively at the lanes by extending the time we had paid for bowling with extra time to compensate for the time it took for fixes to happen. That level of service would have kept us in house and ready to pay more for bowling, drinks and pizza. It was a missed chance to leave us with a positive impression and to get us back, especially after we had travelled exclusively to you at your location, and would have...

We ordered our drinks and mine got spilled after 2 sips... due to kids being at a table they shouldnt be ๐ i helped clean up the mess then was charged for a refill. My lemonade and 3 kids fruit punches all tasted watered down. While we waited for our food we payed some arcade games.. come to find out you have to redeem your tickets ONLINE. Smh. Each game was more than a dollar to play. When our food arrived (chicken wings, taco salad and cheeseburger) they forgot a sub.. I got in line to tell the young lady who seemed to be over worked and then someone walked in to pick up their order and were helped before me.. so while everyone finished their meal I was waiting to ask for a sub.... the cheeseburger was gross and for the 4 meals it came...
