Marisol helped me set up my new phone with a Sim card. She was super friendly and fast. She also was multitasking helping another customer with questions. Marisol was professional and fast which I love.
There is plenty of parking and the service is not expensive. The store was clean and the staff was very friendly. I was in and out 10 minutes flat, thank you Marisol :)

I went into this Metro PCS recently to purchase a new phone and to see how the variety of phones functions for my purchase. I changed my five star review to a 1 star.
The customer service Rep was not there no one was in the store. After some time two women rushed in and hurried to the back without a word. One woman with glasses came out and was very short and did not assist us. Rather gave my us the cold shoulder and stayed behind the counter in silence. It was so awkward that I started to ask her questions to make her feel more comfortable.
My main issue is there were zero phones that were functional on the sales floor. Only two phones were active the One Plus Nord 100 and 200. The sales woman sarcastically said you can read the information and make a decision. She was surprised when I let her know the one plus nord was active unfortunately I really wanted to try the samsung and the revvl 5 so I can purchase. I already did research I just wanted to see the functionality live, reading specifications is not a good way to spend 400 - 500.
My advice to you is go to Walmart or Best Buy before wasting time at this location. They have live phones to try and amazing customer service. Sorry Metro you can't expect a customer to spend 500 on a phone we are not allowed to test.
With this said I will never shop at this location again and the customer service has drastically changed since my previous review 5...
