I can't even begin to describe how impressed and happy I am with my experience at Monroe Jewelers! For me, asking my girlfriend to marry me was the easy part. Picking out the perfect ring? Not so much. The only suggestions I was given were from her best friend, and they were very non-traditional - rose gold band, sapphire, diamond halo. That had me nervous. My family has been shopping with Monroe Jewelers for years. Recently went with my fiancé to pick out an engagement ring and wedding band set. Erica and her team are so welcoming and informative and built the MOST BEAUTIFUL wedding set I could have ever imagined. All custom-made while staying in budget. No where else I’d ever go to for my jewelry! Erica saw the direction I wanted to go and took every precaution to ensure my diamonds would be safe. In case I bump into something or drop it, the diamonds have special prongs that protect it while blending seamlessly into the ring. Everything was done in such a timely manner, too. My new husband and I have had such an amazing process when dealing with Monroe Jewelers. From him shopping for my engagement ring in August 2016, which was a painless process. The ring came out beautifully and was everything I dreamed of, they were able to create my perfect rose gold oval diamond ring flawlessly. To coming back in June of 2018 for wedding bands, which they remembered him right away. They then matched me with a perfect rose gold band to accompany my engagement ring. It was ordered and arrived so quickly! Such a friendly staff no matter who you deal with, they make you feel so comfortable and like one of the family. I stopped in there the day before my wedding to have my ring cleaned and they may have been more excited than I was, the owner even gifted us with a bottle of champagne!
