We were experiencing a flat tire on a 53' dry van, we called in the TA around 09:20 AM - they had a tech available and could send him in with the ETA of 60 minutes. At 10:40 we called in again, and we got an ETA of 30 more minutes... From that point on, the communication was just going on in between the tech and our driver. The tech showed up at 14:45 and didn't repair the tire until 16:35. Tech which arrived to location firs was unable to work by himself, and we spent another hour waiting for the second guy. While they were doing the repairs, I called their dispatchers and a lady answered the phone and told me that they have dispatched the Tech around 11:45. We were charged for the lack of communication from the customer of ours (*they were thinking we are lying to them all day long, and we were just relaying the info we had from this TA) and we were charged for the rescheduling fee with this customer - and the biggest issue is we will probably not cooperate with them anymore, since we are suspended. On top of all that, we were charged an arm and a leg for the repairs done - repair that usually takes 2h (*with the transit time) took 7 hours. Read moreThis is the worst experience I ever had with someone who does truck repair services. My engine belt got broken, and I brought my truck to this place for replacement. They were working for almost of 3 hours, just to replace the belt. They put the new belt without looking for a reason why the belt got broken in the first place. I asked their technician if he checked everything and there is nothing else that causes belt to be damaged. Technician said to me, no is just the belt. When they put on the new belt (“3 HOURS OF WORK FOR THAT”) the belt was making a lot of noise and they explained it to me that is because the belt tensioner is bad and need to be replaced. After (3 HOURS OF WORK) they were guessing the reason for that noise, it maybe be belt tensioner . They did not have that part in stock to install it and I made decision to leave. They charged me $419.00 for the labor . Also I been told that they don’t give me any warranty for the work they have done. I left, and after 5 miles my belt got broken again. Read moreCalled their truck service to get an appointment and told them I would be there by noon.. when I arrived I checked in and they told me it would be about a 2 hour wait to do my oil change.. at 3:30 I walked in again and they said I was next. About 6 pm I went in again and they said all the mechanics were going home and the middle shift mechanics were on road calls. I called the corporate office to complain about waiting here 6 hours. A fee minutes later the manager called me and he said he was going to try and get a mechanic to stay and take care of me. The service manager called and said to drive inside bay 2. He said when a road service technician got back he would take care of me.. about an hour later he said he went home and I would have to wait till midnight when the next shift came in. At 12:30 am I asked the next service manager what was happening and why nobody was working on my truck she said he is running late. So now it’s 1 am and i am still inside the bay. No mechanic has shown up. I’ve been waiting for 13 hours here and they just kept stringing me along. Absolutely garbage. Thus place need real help. Sickening.
