The care there is good bc of the cna's the nurses and management do not help the residents they give all the aids the orders there is a nurse that gave a resident the wrong medicine and the resident went into cardiac arrest and she still works there another nurse who chases all staff away bc of all the extra work and her rudeness also is still there after many quit or was fired bc of her management do not care about staff or residents but only when family members complain they accommodate family members request to quiet situations this facility is horribly ran if you're going there bc you or your love one has to make sure to hold management accountable for waiting a while for your light to be answered hold "all" staff accountable bc they are "all" qualified to answer your bell from the administrator to the dietary staff housekeeping and "all" of the nursing department can assist...

I have been in this facility many of times to see my friend an my relative that lives there. The facility always appears clean an smells good. There are very many caring nurses here. Terry always went out of his way to help the residents and to make sure they felt like at home. I never met a man in nursing so charming an patient driven. Bonnie is also a great nurse. She has always been so polite. I wish the facility cared more about the staff. It's sad. I'll always come to visit, and spent time with my loved ones. As always it's a pleasure seeing those...

Worst nursing home I’ve ever been in! My grandmother went in on a Friday had a fall on Tuesday never got a call was put on oxygen never got a call and passed away on that Wednesday night!
