Absolute New York — Local services in Town of North Hempstead

Genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company. They do absolutely nothing when customers have issues with their orders, and will ignore your emails when you request a refund, or claim that they “can’t do anything,” which is extremely unprofessional. I’ve had companies issue me refunds, offer to resend items, or come up with some type of agreement when orders are lost or messed up, and some of these were small companies that had a lot to lose. Very disappointed.. was happy at first with my order because it shipped very quick, product was ok, it’s the eyebrow filler... So I went ahead and ordered again, And this time it was the eye pencil, I never received it, it said it was delivered, however it was never.. I tried several times to reach absolute New York, and after several calls to them and one voice message I left, I have yet to hear back.. very shady to me.. although it was inexpensive, I still paid this company and trusted I would get my product, but...

We have purchased a big display to think they are popular. We installed it in one store and did real bad. Not a lot of people bought it, displays cost twice as much as the products "you need 20 years to pay for the display alone". They give you all kinds of promises, don't buy that.
