They ruined my hair! I came in with natural hair and showed pictures of very subtle balayage, seeking just a small change to add dimension. Unfortunately, what I received was completely different from what I requested. The stylist didn't take time to properly review my inspiration photos and instead proceeded with a full head of highlights. After 7 hours and over $500, I left with bright orange highlights throughout my hair - nothing like the subtle look I had requested. The result was so upsetting that I couldn't even look in the mirror for days. When I called to have the mistake corrected, they scheduled me for an appointment at 3:30 PM. Upon arrival, I waited for 20 minutes without a single acknowledgment from any staff member - not even eye contact. This was particularly frustrating as the stylist knew I had a baby at home and limited time. I ultimately left to seek help at another salon. Most bewildering was receiving a call from the stylist 20 minutes after I left (40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time) informing me she was finally ready and asking if I was coming. While the staff has always been personally pleasant in our interactions, the service quality and customer care fell far below professional standards, especially considering the premium...

I came here today for the first time. I thought my hair was a goner for sure after the fiasco at the other salon on Saturday April 2, 2022.

I lost sleep over my precious hair, and spent the best part of the last 4 days crying. Why, because of someone's carelessness and unwillingness to do the job you are charging people for.

Nervous, scared and for lack of better terminology, traumatized from my experience. I Googled hair salons, and found this one. I called and spoke to Tiffany on Tuesday and explained what happened to me. She calmed me down, and talked me off the ledge. She offered for me to come in for a consultation, and perhaps fix the mess. She put me in the hands of Faith. God knew my dilemma, and found a way to give me my faith back, through Faith. Thank you! I sat in her chair and was in tears how horrible my hair looked. Faith, and Lea, and everyone else in here were so helpful, so kind and took care to bring my hair back to life. My hair feels like mine again, soft, silky, smooth, and no longer looks dead and stringy.

I don't even know where to begin. Walked into Adelina's to make an appointment because I am in neeeeed of a trim [I am not a big fan of getting haircuts, at all!]. From the moment I walked in [with my 3 very young children], everyone was so warm, so sweet and so welcoming. &They just so happen to have an opening since I just needed a trim. I was stunned! I do have my 3 mini in tow...They were so confident and so reassuring that it is okay. Let me tell you, my kids had a great time hanging out with zero issues! I am so impressed by their amazing customer service and super knowledgeable with my hair type. Ruth trimmed and blow dried my hair. It was just what I asked for. Kaitty washed & treated my hair because I am in need of some scalp treatment. Lea shared sooooo much helpful tips and products that I needed since I have zero in this department & my kids adore her. Adelina is as sweet as I imagined her to be and her team is as amazing. Thank you girls, I can't wait to come back again!!!!!! My hair has never felt so...
