Waiting at the door for 30 minutes with no food. Ordered on seamless and they wouldn’t make the order even after showing them order confirmation. It’s just two bagels. Worst experience ever. Will never return to the store. Bagels had before are ok but not worth ruining your day. If you see the store response, that’s how much they don’t care about their customers. The seamless customer service made sure they received my order. The restaurant didn’t see it. Who’s fault it that? A nice restaurant wouldn’t blame it on the customer as far as I know. Now the bagels are smaller, cold, and often hard even when I go there on Sunday mornings. What’s even more frustrating is the constant order mistakes. I dealt with their rudeness and terrible service as they were the only bagel spot in town that was any decent, completely stopped going there after I placed an online order and they charged me a whole two dollars more than that my screen confirmation showed me. If your prices on the website change, put that on the website, don’t tell me after the fact and charge my card.
Seriously, orlandos deli a block up has bagels that are just as decent, this place is not worth the headache...
