Excellent service! When I was looking for a more gentle benzoyl peroxide gel, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Smooth Generation carried the exact one from the brand I wanted. After I mistakenly thought that there might have been a problem with my order, they responded to me right away, assuring me that my order was being shipped and on its way to me. My package arrived at my door less than two days later! Since I first started using this benzoyl peroxide gel from Face Reality, my acne disappeared almost overnight and I have not had a single blemish or cystic pimple since! It is the best and most gentle benzoyl peroxide gel that I have ever used, and I have tried many over 20 years! Unlike other spas that give you a hard time if you order products from them, Smooth Generation gave me no issues whatsoever! Seriously, if you want a hassle free experience when ordering facial products and acne treatments from spas, look no further! Smooth Generation has a wide selection of products to choose from, even more so than other facial spas. They have wonderful staff that are responsive to their customers, whether in person or online. Im so happy I found Smooth Generation and Inna! One month I couldn't get to my regular hydra facial spot and I was googling places near me to get one done and I'm so glad it worked out! Smooth Generation is my new facial / laser / skin care spot! The place I was previously going to did not take the time or care like Smooth Generation does, instead they would rush you in and out and did not get to know my skin concerns. Coming to Smooth Generation I feel very well taken care of. Inna is really sweet, knowledgeable, and really cares about my skin. The 2 facials I've received with her were customized to what my skin needed and when I tell you my skin is glowing! It is GLOWING! I've never seen my skin so happy, it looks like glass. I also decided to start lasering my body hair, and again it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. After speaking with the owner Inna about my skin care regime and concerns she recommended some high quality skincare products tailored to my skin type and I just started using them and I honestly love love love the products. I am very happy coming here and can't wait for my next facial / treatment!...

I referred my sister to yamile (who is the only good esthetician there) when my sister went to her appointment no one informed her ahead of time that yamile won't be doing the facial due to a family emergency. Had she known she would have rescheduled.... however she had her facial with Dana, who did a poor job. I personally had a facial with her and I can attest to the fact that she does a few passes with the diamond glow and that's it. My sister shared the same experience, Dana didn't do her lower face or neck area. It felt rushed. The owner Eniha, was non-apologetic, and "stood by her esthetician's work." If a customer is complaining you should try to make them happy rather than offer 15% on their next service. My sister was a new client and this was NOT a good first impression Truly a poor decision from an owner to retain good customers. I've been coming here for more than a year, I even told people about this place (only because of yamile)....
