I had a large, heavy, old, valuable oriental rug with a lot of sentimental value that I wanted to send from Port Washington, New York to my son in Los Angeles, California. This rug had been in his grandparents living room, then our living room for twenty years. He had grown up with it, and it meant a lot to him. We had difficulty finding a way to ship it.
