SoBoL Manhasset — Local services in Town of North Hempstead

I’ve been coming to SoBol Manhasset for a while now, and it’s honestly shocking how much the place has gone downhill. I stood at the register for nearly 10 minutes while one of the workers saw me waiting but couldn’t even take my order, not because they didn’t want to, but because they were clearly overworked and stressed.

The store itself looks visibly dirty and unkept, which is a huge red flag for a food spot. The counters were sticky, the floors messy, and the whole place just felt off, like no one’s paying attention to cleanliness or presentation anymore. It doesn’t feel like somewhere you can trust to make your food with care.

Ever since the tall male manager left, the service and quality have noticeably worsened. The bowls are thrown together with no consistency, and the ingredients don’t taste as fresh as they used to.
