Walgreens — Local services in Town of North Hempstead

My true rating would be -10 Stars all because of one manager named Luis is what I was told his name was As I'm in there shopping as an instacart I overhear this manager called the police on children that are in the store right after school lying saying that they were throwing things on the floor and stealing items and opening items which was a complete lie and it really upset me as a parent This is completely appalling. It is hard enough to find good kids and these kids were good they were doing nothing as what this man was saying they were just buying things spending their money in his store. Some of them were even with their parents. And I make sure that when the police showed up I spoke my mind and I made sure to let them know that this man completely lied on these young people. Enough kids out here doing bad things so the ones that are being good should not be lied upon. I truly feel that this person should be terminated from the position that they had they do not deserve the right to manage a store that they will sit there and call the police department and lie on their customers. And I haven't of this neighborhood I would never go in...

The guy at the night shift counter. he is an old white guy. I was doing instacart and could not find an item and kindly asked him if he knew where that item is. He had the audacity to tell me to google it. In which I responded, I don’t have a problem doing that, but you are a worker here and if I could have gotten the right aisle from you it would have aided more. Afterwards he reaponded that it was my job as an instacart shopper to find the item, so I told him it was his job as a Walgreens employee to help the customer. He had the audacity to say “Well you’re not the e customer” and shrugged...

Midafternoon Dec. 24 and two employees are at the pharmacy counter. One is on her phone, the other has his back to any customer who shows up. I interrupt them asking where are the heating pads. Says the guy, "aisle 8?" I think he scanned for a relevant sign and really doesn't know. And I'm right, I'm sorry to say. Either they are somewhere else or they are out of stock. The ethic of walking a customer to the produce doesn't pertain here, apparently. Why should I ever return? Raindew, a pharmacy and variety store across the street, had many heating pads, and a staff member...
