I’m beyond impressed with the service and outcome! We originally had Comfortex shades installed back in 2014, and after all these years, two of them stopped lifting properly. The color had since been discontinued, but Alta went above and beyond—they replaced all the shades in the room with brand new ones! Luisa has helped me for almost twenty years! Pillows, couches, valences, headboards-—-perfect down to the last detail. Everything is beautifully crafted and with care. Luisa and her daughter Gigi are so lovely to work with and produce top quality work and always timely. They are adaptable too. When we learned there was not quite enough good fabric of the old Fortuny swath I had, we worked together to come up with a solution!
