my family, especially my father, raved about this place for years. He was always saying how great they were, and it’s a small business that we should support. It baffles me that my entire family has fallen for their shenanigans this long. We have been long time customers of this family business, and unfortunately it ends now. After two months, and thousands of dollars spent, my car is not fixed. They simply replaced random parts of my car and hoped for the best, without actually fixing the problem. Instead of being upfront and saying they don’t know how to work on my car, they scammed my family and I out of so much time and money. I’m extremely disappointed, and I will tell everyone about how poorly they conduct business here. Save your time and money and go to a dealership, they cost the same! (Except your car will end up fixed at the end of the day)

**update, after months of work and being patient, the woman at the front desk refused to take responsibility for the damage they did to my car. As I told her I wanted to work it out privately, she insisted they did no damage, and then I said I would have to take them to court. She then hung up on me. I myself work in customer service, and I would have lost my job.

What a strange business, I’m shocked...

It was too poor experience i ever had in life with this shop . I went there for tire air pressure was low and one lady work at this location not sure must be owner or something charge me 20$ for too just air putt in tire can’t believe… and she was being so rude and very unprofessional.. and it was first time ever I been to them and had poor experience am the neighbors of them and I would recommend all neighbors that do not go them ever they so greedy for money the way I got been treated….no one ever does that .. even I tried putt 1:50$ on their air pump which wasn’t working and I requested them to putt air in tire and I paid them another 20 dollars for their labor to just get air can’t believe…and I have all video proof into my car camera and I will go for lawsuit against that lady owner how she...

This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered. I brought my car in for an inspection and the guy forcefully wouldn’t let my car pass unless I payed $400 for something my car didn’t need (I know this because my uncle use to be a mechanic for years)…. I went back to get my car so I can see if my uncle could fix the breaks and as I went to explain myself to the guy behind the desk he completely cut me off before I could finish my sentence and in a nasty tone of voice said “you owe me 37 dollars now” and then proceeded to yell at his men to put the wheels back on my car and take it down. I told him “you didn’t even let me finish my sentence” and he said “yup give the guys 2 minutes to take your car down”. Hands down the worst place I’ve ever been...
