Made in Colombia — Restaurant in Town of Oyster Bay

Saw an ad for this place on Instagram and decided to come check it out. I was surprised to find that it’s located where “I am Nacho Mama” used to be. Needless to say there were big shoes to fill. I’m happy to report that “Made in Colombia” did not disappoint!

There are so many options on the menu. And white people, be not afraid. The cuisines are very “gringo friendly”.

I tried a few dishes to get an idea of what this place was about and everything was great.

The food? Delicious. The restaurant? Impeccably clean. The service? Flawless. The cashier? Beautiful.

All of the table side sauces were delicious and flavorful, however if you’re a spice head, they have a special hot sauce in the back that is absolutely delicious.

As a side note, if you have the craving for a full on Bandeja Paisa, this is unfortunately not the place for that. But rest assured, there are countless menu items to choose from.

In conclusion, if you want to have a good and flavorful lunch with a huge portion at a great price. This place is better than any diner or similarly priced fast/casual option you...

The entire dining experience felt like Colombia. Now, the food was amazinggg!!!! Each dish was a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and artfully presented. The ingredients were very fresh and the seasonings perfectly balanced.
