The entire process from start to finish was easy, painless, and gratifying. Words you usually don’t use when leaving a review of a flooring company. From the very beginning with the sales process (my salesman Nick) was extremely professional answering all questions and explaining the entire process to me very clearly. Once the job was approved/agreed we set a start date and that’s when the magic happened. The crew was on time and extremely professional. They prepped the entire work area even going the extra mile to help me move a few things I was unable to as well as covering some areas I missed. The job was complete in 24 hours and the results were absolutely amazing, aside from the new floor finish you were unable to tell someone even worked at the house which is a rarity these days with contractors. We had the garage floor done by AG Williams and we love the final product. The overall company and personnel are great! Luis and Marco are the team that performed the work in our garage and they were amazing! The process was explained to us prior to the work being performed and Luis and Marco explained it once again prior to actually starting the floors. All we had to do to prepare the garage and floor was to remove anything that would be in the way of their work. That was it. Everything else was taken care of. I wanted to have my garage floor done for years. A new car finally pushed me over the top to get it done. It gave me a chance to throw out all those old paint cans and junk that was just taking up room. Saw an ad for AG Williams and figured that I would call and get an estimate. Salesman came and gave me a great price. The crew was great and very nice and professional. It came out fantastic!!! Looks amazing. Added a few new cabinets and now it’s like having a new garage.
