Oh how I wish I could give them five stars. But there staff is a bunch of young kids who enjoy sitting around talking and hanging out. The life guards are rude and yell at kids. One yelled at my kid I took a picture and reported him. I went one day and it was thundering the lady was like wait thirty minutes if it stops raining you can go in. My son had to go to the bathroom and she said sorry he can’t go because the staff is down there. He had to go bad. This kids were just laughing so he peed in the locker room with a bunch of other kids. You guys should hire people who love what they do not a bunch of rude and impolite kids. Me and my family visited the park today hoping to have nice day, but when we arrived nothing was explained to us about bathing suits memebr ships or pricing. We had to find everything out the hard way. my two daughter's, one a baby and the other a four year old, they charged me for the four year old. I had to find out on my receipt that I don't have to pay for my four year old because under 5 is free but the cashier didn't inform about that. After entering the beautiful water park, the lifeguard informed me that my three daughters didn't have the right swim wear to play. I asked for a refund, but they said they had a no refund policy. It's a nice place but the management of very poor. I hope they can improve their management so now I'm out of 60 bucks because of bad...
