I ordered everything for my two bathroom redo projects from Michelle who does all of the custom orders. Michelle was a very poor communicator from the beginning. Trying to get an hold of her was very difficult and frustrating. When everything finally did come in, everything that I ordered, and I mean every piece that I ordered came in wrong/incorrect. I understand things happen, but Michelle never did anything. She sent all of the custom order pieces that came in incorrectly with my contractor. My contractor made what we had work in finishing the bathrooms, but not what I had picked out originally. Once at my house it turned out that pieces were missing and when asking about where they were I was informed that they had been sent to the wrong job site originally and that there was no way for them to replace what was missing for months due to back order. The replacement pieces came in months later and when I went in to get them she had “misplaced “ them and “lost” the paperwork in regards to my entire bathroom order so there was no way for her to reorder anything. Thankfully I had all of my receipts and provided her with mine. So today, a year and half after my bathroom was finished by my contractor, I finally got the last piece, my shower door handle. During the whole process Michelle did not relay anything about my order to me. She even told me that she never looked at anything once it came in and proceeded to say that it wasn’t her job to look everything over once it came in.
