So I didn't quite understand exactly what this place was until I stopped in. If you have ever shopped at a food co-op or a natural foods store, you know the best part is the bulk section. That's what this place is: a huge bulk bin section. You can get spices, local coffee, sweets and treats, salty snacks, trail mixes, granola, pancake mix, cookie mix, brownie mix, flours, grains, all the things! They have a serious craft beer selection, a small cooler with perishable products like kimchi, eggs, cheese, plus a freezer with locally raised meats. They also have a section of bath and body products including bulk liquid soaps (laundry, hand, dish, etc.). They do have a large selection of gluten-free mixes, but if you have celiacs note that they are located on the same table as bins containing regular flours. Not sure you could prevent cross-contamination anyway since the store is one room and flour goes airborne when ya scoop it. So if you miss Mother Earth storehouse by the Pok Galleria, or you shop at Nature's Pantry, New Paltz's Health & Nutrition Store, or if you've lived near a food co-op, you know the drill - bring your own containers (Mason jars, old jelly jars, whatever) and they will sanitize them and weigh them so you can fill them up. If you don't bring your own, they have mason jars and glass spice jars available to purchase but the whole point is to bring your own stuff. I always think the very best part of bulk bins is that you don't need to purchase a big package of something you only need a little of - like spices for a recipe. With the location at Eastdale, I will totally be stopping in here to get sweet & salty treats before going to a drive-in movie at Overlook this summer. Side note, I love all the small local businesses at Eastdale and really want all of them to be successful! It's a great little community being built there and a model for future development. Shop local Hudson Valley!

Stopped by here today and had a really nice experience. This is one of the staples of the booming Eastdale Village. We were immediately greeted by a very nice gentleman who gave us a tour and rundown of how the store works. The bulk items all were fresh reasonably priced- we even found a few new snacks to try which was a pleasant surprise. From bulk grains, pasta, snacks, candy, coffee, soups, dried fruits, local meet and beers there is plenty to pick from. Bring your own container or purchase one of their available mason jars; paper bags are provided at no cost and offered in different sizes depending on what you’re bagging up.

I recently visited for the first time and needless to say I love this place.! I love the eco-friendly packaging available to customers to start which includes brown paper or ball jars. Then the product selection-from muffin mix to an array of gluten-free choices , farm fresh meats, and my new favorite -sirahcha ranch peanuts .The owner and staff were very welcoming and attentive to shoppers answering questions as needed. My small children enjoyed the selection of candies and I certainly enjoyed the affordability as a large family. A must try in the hudson Valley!

I was really hoping for an amazing store, but sadly this refill store was hugely disappointing. I love the layout, it’s beautiful, open and well organized. The main issue is the offerings.

The refill options were extremely unhealthy snacks, sugary cereals, sugar coated dried fruits, and very minimal refills on soaps, lotions, personal care items and household cleaning products.

I saw the owner refilling one container that was empty with a plastic bag of kruger’s or some other knock off brand of fruit loops. With so many healthy options of food and snacks these days, it was shocking that this refillery didn’t choose better quality foods and healthier options, which don’t get refilled from a non compostable or reusable container from the distributor. With the exception of maybe 10-15 items, the offerings here were the same if not less than the quality of a convenience store or dollor store. We will not be returning unless they improve their product quality and offer...
