S&R Automotive Sandy Creek Location — Local services in Town of Sandy Creek

I had a bad day with one of my old cars on August 17 2024. LIkely destroyed the transmission. I was stuck in Pulaski and arranged for a tow via Good Sam with S&R. My wait time was estimated at 2.5 hours because one driver was assisting others in Pulaski (ironically) and another was coming back from Rochester. The supervisor (Keith) told me that he would try to find another flatbed driver so that I did not have to wait that long. Well they are vary kind people but ive been waiting for my car to be fixed for 1month 1 week . paid 2.6k for a decent amount to get fixed. ill update on how they did fixing it and if there services are true and not a rip off .
