I booked Corellie for my best friend’s surprise 30th at her house. Krysta was so great to work with from the initial contact, to showing up to set up, to hiding for the big surprise, & through the night’s events! She didn’t bat an eye when we asked her to park a little walk away so the birthday girl wouldn’t be tipped off (sorry Krysta— but thank you!). Kyrsta attended a ladies night at my house and we had so much fun! She was extremely responsive via email and scheduling the event was easy. She arrived early, had a cute setup, brought so many chain and pendant options, stayed as late as we needed her, and was so clean and organized. The women had fun conversing with her and all purchased one or two items each. We cumulatively purchased rings, bracelets, necklaces and one guest even had three of her personal pendants included in with Krysta's chains. Just a tip that prices do vary for each style of chain. I thought this place looked so fun so I really wanted to book an appointment for my friend and I together! After having trouble finding their website and where to book I had to DM the owner. I asked her questions about pricing and what I wanted and she didn’t answer my questions. Then, when I asked the same questions again she left me on read. I then tried to call the next day and I was sent to voicemail 3 times. I’m disappointed, I really liked this place but now I will not go or give my money as the poor customer service has put a bad taste in my mouth.
